Driver - Light Vehicle

Key Responsibility:

- Operate light vehicles to transport goods, materials, or staff as per scheduled routes and timelines.

- Follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals.

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any malfunctions or required maintenance.

- Ensure the safe handling, loading, and unloading of goods in coordination with warehouse staff.

- Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, fuel usage, and trip reports accurately.

- Comply with all traffic laws and company transport regulations.

- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles.

- Coordinate with the transport supervisor regarding delivery schedules, changes, or incidents.

- Provide support for ad-hoc logistics needs such as inter-office document transfers or urgent pickups.

Desired Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience as a professional light vehicle driver, preferably within a logistics or retail distribution environment.

- Valid driving license for light vehicles.

- Sound knowledge of local routes, road safety, and traffic regulations.

- Good communication and basic documentation handling skills.

- High level of reliability, responsibility, and customer service orientation.
