The candidate is responsible for supporting HR system data flow, supporting operational performance reporting, and providing analytical support across EMEA. This role ensures accurate data flow between systems, monitors and resolves integration issues, coordinates monthly operational scorecards, and delivers insights through HR data analysis. The position works closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and regional partners to support operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and project governance activities. Responsibilities Monitor and manage data integrations between HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow from source systems to destination platforms.-Review integration results, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve errors through analysis of system records and transactions within SuccessFactors and related applications. Maintain oversight of integration performance and escalate recurring issues as needed. Coordinate the monthly EMEA Operations and Transformation scorecard process, including data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting.-Proactively engage with stakeholders across EMEA to gather required inputs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables. Prepare, format, and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership. Conduct ad hoc analyses on HR and operational data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.-Respond to incoming queries related to reporting, data, and project activities .Provide analytical and administrative support to EMEA project managers and PMO leads Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience working with various (HR) systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Egencia-Experience monitoring data interfaces, or data quality processes.-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and troubleshoot complex data sets.-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBi and PowerPoint.-Strong communication skills-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Compensation and Benefits: The expected starting compensation range for this position is 79,400 PLN annually (gross). Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
