📅 Schedule: Monday through Friday - Day Shift
💰 Annual Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000, based on experience

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING🤝 Lead, Coach & Develop Your Team — Set clear expectations, support your technicians, and reinforce TCI’s Core Values through your leadership.
🚛 Keep Fleets Moving — Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to maximize fleet uptime.
🦺 Put Safety First — Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
⭐ Build Customer Confidence — Develop lasting relationships, communicate clearly, and resolve maintenance concerns with exceptional service.
📈 Build a Strong Technician Team — Recruit, train, mentor, and retain technicians while supporting their professional development.
💰 Manage Shop Performance — Oversee budgets, labor productivity, inventory, and operating costs.
💡 Make Improvements That Matter — Lead safety meetings, provide performance coaching, and strengthen day-to-day shop practices.
🔍 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM✅ 10+ years of diesel technician experience.
✅ 5+ years of shop management or maintenance leadership experience.
👥 Proven leadership skills with experience developing employees and improving operational performance.
💬 Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
🦺 Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
💻 Solid computer proficiency and experience with maintenance systems.
🌎 Bilingual skills, including Spanish or other languages, are a plus.
