About Easyship:

Easyship is one of the world’s leading multi-carrier shipping software, built to make global eCommerce borderless. Since 2014, we’ve been on a mission to democratise logistics by removing the “black box” of international shipping costs and complexities. Trusted by over 100,000 brands, our platform provides a single “mission control” for global trade, offering access to 550+ courier services across 200+ destinations.

We are an award-winning, global team (Forbes 30 Under 30, TechInAsia’s Best Startup) with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and beyond. We’re growing fast, we value transparency, and we genuinely enjoy building the infrastructure that powers modern commerce. If you’re ready to solve complex problems at scale, we’d love to have you join us.

Who We’re Looking For:

As we move upmarket, more of our enterprise customers are integrating with Easyship through our API, custom apps, and tailored builds. We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to own those implementations end to end, from pre-sale discovery and a signed Statement of Work (SoW) through to go-live, volume migration, and handover. This is a technical role first. You’ll be the go-to expert on the Easyship API for customers, Sales, and internal teams, you’ll steer them to one clear solution, and you’ll partner with our Solutions Developers to deliver it. You’ll sit in our Implementation Services team, within Client Services.

What would you be responsible for:

- Leading technical discovery with Enterprise/Strategic Sales, mapping customer systems (eCommerce platforms, ERP, OMS, WMS), data flows, and constraints to validate product fit.

- Owning the solution design for each implementation (architecture, endpoints, webhooks, authentication, data mapping) and bringing customers to agreement on one clear recommendation.

- Scoping and signing off the SoW for every deal that needs API, custom app, or customisation work. Each SoW covers deliverables, go-live date, forecast shipment volume, and support terms.

- Resolving technical questions from customers and internal teams before the sale and during implementation, including reproducing issues in Postman or Insomnia and finding the root cause in requests, responses, and logs.

- Leading technical kick-offs and calls with customers’ technical teams and senior stakeholders.

- Partnering with Solutions Developers to align on scope and design, unblock questions during the build, and confirm delivery matches the SoW.

- Managing several implementations at once, from signature to go-live and volume migration, and tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

- Owning implementation escalations, including recovery plans where shipment volume falls short of forecast.

- Leading structured handovers to the CSM and Customer Support.

- Maintaining clear governance on custom builds: what’s supported, at what cost, and a register of builds in production.

- Turning recurring questions into documentation, and feeding product gaps to Product and Engineering with a clear business case.

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

- You have 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar technical customer-facing role, including implementations for an enterprise SaaS product.

- You have expert, hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys).

- You’re fluent with JSON, data mapping, and SQL, and confident using Postman or Insomnia.

- You’re a structured troubleshooter across HTTP status codes, rate limits, error handling, retries, and logs.

- You understand how eCommerce platforms, ERPs, and warehouse systems integrate with shipping services.

- You’re confident with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders, and you form a recommendation and bring people with you.

- You have experience writing SoWs, running multiple implementations at once, and holding scope and pricing boundaries.

- You use AI effectively: you review agent-generated work and translate it into plain language.

- You have excellent technical documentation skills and strong written and verbal English.

- Bonus: Python or JavaScript; logistics or eCommerce experience; Shopify, Squarespace, Celigo, or Zapier implementations; prior Easyship experience.

What we bring to the table as an employer:

- Generous remuneration and stock units

- We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health

- The freedom to ‘Work from Anywhere’ for 4 weeks in a year

- Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge
