💷 Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour
⏰ Hours: 42 hours per week
📅 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)

Ready to take the lead in a critical security environment? As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day security operations of a prestigious aerospace and defence site, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and information while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
The Security Supervisor will act as the key operational link between the client, security officers, and management team, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This Security Supervisor role is ideal for a security professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to upholding the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness while supporting a site that plays a vital role within the aerospace and defence sector.
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Lead and supervise security personnel during shift operations.
- Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and hold valid SIA licences.
- Manage officer rosters and maintain adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and employee engagement meetings.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, conduct, and professionalism across the team.
- Investigate, record, and report incidents in line with company and client procedures.
- Keep assignment instructions and site documentation accurate and up to date.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
- Deliver and coordinate staff training, including emergency procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational security issues and support the Site Manager as required.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Right to work in the UK, with a minimum 5‑year checkable history
- Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Security Industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader, or Management position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
- Demonstrable leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities.
Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance - Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
