ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building a recruiting and talent marketplace platform that combines expert recruiter workflows with AI-powered tools. You will identify meaningful product problems, build solutions end to end, and shape how companies and recruiters work together.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve marketplace experiences for companies, recruiters, and candidates.
- Develop AI-powered systems that use hiring data to improve candidate and recruiter matching.
- Create recruiter tools such as CRM workflows, AI-assisted features, and integrations that reduce friction.
- Own product work from identifying a problem through design, implementation, and measuring its impact.
- Work across frontend and backend systems to ship useful, high-quality product experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
- Experience building products end to end and working across frontend and backend responsibilities.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React, and the ability to move across the stack.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science and strong computer science fundamentals.
- Strong product judgment, design sense, ownership, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with AI or machine learning products, including LLMs or AI agents, is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $145,000 to $260,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
