jobgether · Sweden · remote

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Sweden.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Marketing Designer to define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating at the forefront of AI search optimization. As the first dedicated designer, you will have significant ownership over how the brand appears across websites, sales materials, advertising, social media, and product marketing. You will build and evolve a scalable design system while ensuring every customer-facing asset is polished, consistent, and effective. Working closely with the founding team, you will turn concise briefs into strong creative concepts and bring them through to production. The role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution across digital and marketing channels. It is ideal for a designer with sharp visual instincts who enjoys autonomy, speed, and seeing their work reach senior marketing audiences.

Accountabilities

-

Own and evolve the company’s design system by auditing existing materials, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting standards in Figma, and ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.

-

Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow, taking projects from concept through to live publication.

-

Build and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and reusable templates that sales teams can edit confidently.

-

Produce high-quality advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn, paid social, and display channels, creating multiple variations to support testing and performance optimization.

-

Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets such as GIFs and simple animations for use across websites, presentations, campaigns, and advertising.

-

Manage publishing and asset handoffs independently, including Webflow CMS updates, email templates, and production-ready exports for sales and marketing teams.

-

Translate short briefs, business objectives, and messaging into compelling visual concepts, taking ownership of both the creative direction and final execution.

-

Partner directly with the founding team to establish a distinctive visual identity and make informed recommendations about when existing design approaches should be refined or fundamentally changed.

-

Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment, managing priorities independently and delivering polished creative work with minimal supervision.

-

Contribute to establishing the visual foundations of a growing category, helping shape how the business is perceived by customers and senior marketing decision-makers.

Requirements:

-

You have at least 4 years of professional design experience within B2B SaaS or at an agency serving SaaS clients.

-

Your portfolio demonstrates the ability to carry a cohesive brand identity across multiple formats, including websites, sales presentations, and advertising.

-

You are highly proficient in Figma and have personally designed and launched live websites using Webflow rather than working exclusively on design concepts.

-

You are fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides and can create polished, reusable templates that other team members can easily adapt.

-

You have strong typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for design quality.

-

You are fast, self-directed, and comfortable turning concise briefs into multiple strong creative directions without requiring extensive guidance.

-

You have a clear creative point of view and can confidently work within an existing visual system while also identifying opportunities to improve it.

-

You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing your own priorities, deadlines, and production workflow.

-

Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive is a plus.

-

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous, as is familiarity with SEO or AI search optimization tools.

-

You should be comfortable collaborating with a distributed team and able to maintain at least four hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours.

Benefits:

-

Fractional commitment of 2–3 days per week as an independent contractor, with the potential to transition to a full-time position as the workload grows.

-

Fully remote working arrangement with flexibility to work where you are most effective.

-

Compensation paid in USD.

-

Direct collaboration with the founding team and the opportunity to see your work reach the market quickly.

-

Significant ownership as the first dedicated designer, with the opportunity to shape the visual identity and design foundations of a growing business.

-

Opportunity to work in an emerging and rapidly expanding AI-focused market.

-

A fast-paced, execution-oriented environment with substantial creative autonomy and minimal bureaucracy.

-

An initial one-week handoff period providing context on existing materials, preferred references, and the desired direction for the brand.

-

Weekly priorities established with the founder, with ownership of the creative queue and execution from there.

-

A paid trial project consisting of a landing page section and three advertising variants as part of the selection process.
