• Develop and enforce infrastructure and cloud standards, principles, best practices, and reference architectures to promote consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Support project solution architecture deliverables by leading the infrastructure and cloud sections of enterprise architecture blueprints.
• Define target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps for cloud, compute, storage, networking, workplace, endpoint, and platform technologies.
• Lead cloud strategy and workload placement decisions across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Establish architectural standards for cloud-native, containerized, serverless, automation, and platform engineering solutions.
• Drive modernization of legacy infrastructure through cloud adoption, platform rationalization, automation, and operational transformation.
• Define secure architectural patterns connecting enterprise IT platforms with operational technology, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, and connected-product ecosystems.
• Partner with business, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board activities and govern compliance with enterprise infrastructure standards and target-state architectures.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cybersecurity, resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, technology obsolescence, vendor dependency, and operational disruption.
• Assess and select infrastructure, cloud, networking, and platform technologies using industry standards and emerging capabilities to support business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure and cloud platforms for performance, availability, scalability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Document infrastructure and cloud architectures and guide engineering teams on implementation, modernization, and operational best practices.
• Lead, manage, coach, and mentor junior enterprise architects and solution architects by establishing development plans, assigning and prioritizing work, reviewing architecture deliverables, providing performance guidance, and building architecture capability across the organization.
• Serve as the enterprise decision authority for infrastructure and cloud architecture by approving strategic technology patterns, resolving cross-domain architecture conflicts, and escalating material exceptions and risks to executive technology leadership.
• Provide architecture leadership across a portfolio of complex, multi-year infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace, network, and operational technology transformation programs, ensuring consistency in investment decisions, dependencies, sequencing, and business outcomes.
• Advise senior executives and technology leadership on infrastructure and cloud investment priorities, modernization sequencing, technology risk, organizational readiness, and strategic trade-offs; translate architecture recommendations into business cases and executive decision materials.
• Shape and govern significant infrastructure and cloud technology investments by developing architecture-informed business cases, evaluating total cost of ownership, guiding sourcing strategies, and partnering with Finance, Procurement, and technology leaders on vendor and platform decisions.
• Define and track architecture outcomes and executive-level measures for technology standardization, technical-debt reduction, cloud adoption, platform rationalization, resiliency, risk reduction, delivery acceleration, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategies, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing architects, including mentoring, performance guidance, work prioritization, and oversight of architecture deliverables.
• Experience advising senior executives and presenting complex architecture, risk, investment, and transformation recommendations to executive governance bodies.
• Experience influencing technology investment decisions, business cases, total-cost-of-ownership analysis, vendor strategy, and commercial evaluations for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Experience providing architecture leadership across multiple concurrent, enterprise-scale transformation programs and resolving cross-domain technology decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
