- Position will drive the development of enterprise-grade document management capabilities, lead delivery of key cloud-native enhancements, and champion best practices in software architecture, agile processes, and team collaboration.

- Lead a team of engineers responsible for design, development, and maintenance of Infor Document Management modules.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members.

- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile execution with a strong delivery focus.

- Facilitate cross-team collaboration with QA, Product Managers, and Architects.

- Own the architecture and development of IDM features such as Document Core, Document Output Services.

- Guide and enhance the implementation of IDM Private Spaces, DocuSign, Upgrade Tenant Database Services, Enterprise Printing Solutions.

- Architect and develop RESTful services using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and Integration between other Infor Components.

- Enhance integrations between IDM and Infor ERP products (LN, M3, CSI) via Infor ION, IONAPI.

- Guide and implement cloud-native services using AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS Fargate, SQS, Step Functions, API Gateways).

- Contribute to enhancements in document output rendering (e.g., using Aspose, Word Add-in).

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and monitoring using tools like Sumo Logic, Grafana, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding and Utilizing the Grid Application and its interfaces for Document Core development.

- Uphold engineering best practices, including secure coding, code reviews, automated testing, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure features align with business goals and customer needs.

- Define and track KPIs related to team performance, velocity, and delivery quality.

- Continuously improve agile workflows, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Team Lead, Software Development-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a Team Lead, Software Development-related occupation.

Position requires demonstrable experience in the following:- Demonstrable experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot development tools.

- Demonstrable experience with Hibernate / JPA including ORM for relational database interactions.

- Demonstrable experience with Document Management and Document Output applications.

- Demonstrable experience in using Aspose Java to create word-based templates and field mappings for document generation.

- Demonstrable experience with DocuSign Integration and knowledge of digital signature implementations and their integrations.

- Demonstrable experience in using AWS Services: S3 (document storage), Lambda (event-driven execution), ECS Fargate (container hosting), API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, EC2, and ECR.

- Demonstrable experience in schema design, query optimization for PostgreSQL databases.

- Demonstrable experience in RESTful API Design including Jersey (JAX-RS), Spring MVC, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Demonstrable experience with tools including Postman, JMeter, Docker to support the software development lifecycle and testing APIs and applications.

Rate of Pay: $132,517.00 per year
