This Position reports to:
AR Team Lead
We are looking for a motivated O2C Collections Intern to join our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management within an international finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding customer invoices
- Monitor customer accounts and assist in reducing overdue receivables
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection-related queries
- Support account reconciliations, cash application, and clearing activities
- Prepare collection reports and analyze aging balances
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
Requirements
- Active student status, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good English (written and spoken)
