Staff Engineer
Experiment Control System. Duties: Plan, implement, operate customized experimental installations; develop enhancements to scientific instrumentation; support hardware and software for the Controls, Data Acquisition, and Data Analysis systems.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, 4 years of experience as a Control System Developer and/or Control Engineer in a scientific or R&D environment, to include some solid experience in each: EPICS control systems; EPICS Qt; data acquisition systems; motion control systems; programming in C/C++, Python; developing user interfaces. Demonstrated proficiency with Linux OS. Hybrid schedule permitted within commuting distance. #LI-DNI and #DNI
