- Clear growth opportunity as we build the next generation of CPA leaders
- A variety of projects and the opportunity to work with a wide range of business clients
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business clients, answering tax and accounting questions and delivering proactive guidance throughout the year.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants, setting priorities and supporting their professional growth.
- Review and oversee staff work, including tax returns, and assurance engagements for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Lead tax planning and projections that help clients make informed decisions and minimize tax exposure.
- Deliver accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services across a wide variety of industries and client projects.
- Manage engagement timelines, workflow, and deadlines, keeping client work on track during tax season and beyond.
