ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the product team at an early-stage AI company building tools for data engineering teams. You will shape and launch new capabilities for an agentic data platform, working closely with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop product strategy and roadmaps by identifying user needs and high-value data engineering use cases.
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for native generative AI functionality.
- Work with engineering to scope, build, and launch products for technical users.
- Engage with customers and users to represent their needs in product decisions.
- Support sales and customer teams through enterprise pre-sales and post-sales work.
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing, and lead generation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage startup.
- Experience building and launching technical products from zero to one, especially for data engineers.
- Knowledge of the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.
- Experience shipping native generative AI products; familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI evaluation is valuable.
- Comfort using AI coding tools in day-to-day work and operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- A technical background, such as a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in Sunnyvale, California.
