Registered Medication Aide (RMA) – Part-Time | All Shifts

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders, state regulations, and community procedures.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.

- Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

- Maintain accurate medication administration records and resident care documentation.

- Follow proper medication storage, handling, and safety procedures.

- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

- Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Qualifications:

- Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.

- Previous experience in assisted living or senior living preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassion, dependability, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively with the resident care team.
