ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the Agent Deployment team as a customer-facing software engineer building production-grade AI systems for complex operational workflows. You will contribute to the core platform while working closely with customers on strategic deployments and helping shape a growing engineering function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect and build durable production systems for strategic customer deployments.
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that extend an AI agent platform.
- Build secure, reliable integrations with external systems, with strong observability and maintainability.
- Turn customer needs and edge cases into reusable product capabilities.
- Own deployments from initial architecture through launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to move high-impact solutions from idea to production.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused or customer-facing roles.
- Strong backend engineering, coding, and system design skills, with experience shipping production systems and external integrations.
- Experience building scalable systems, workflow automation, or enterprise and internal tools.
- Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, plus the ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
- Experience in an early-stage startup or other 0-to-1 environment is valued.
- Exposure to AI or LLM systems, agent architectures, automation platforms, or direct enterprise customer work is a plus.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, typically supported by a degree in computer science, engineering, math, or physics.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $325,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
