ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Start: ASAP
Length: End of March with possible extension
Location: Required presence in Stockholm minimum 2-3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and automated processes.
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Configure and enhance modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation of configurations and implemented solutions.
Required Experience and Skills
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and workflow development.
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog solutions.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs as well as system integrations.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with migrations between ServiceNow and Jira environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience working in large-scale or complex ServiceNow environments.
• Experience from telecom or other highly regulated industries.
