Technical Account Manager
Corridor · San Francisco · hybrid
ABOUT CORRIDOR
Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows.
Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship.
We're a talented and growing team, led by Jack Cable https://www.linkedin.com/in/jackcable/ (Former CISA - Secure by Design) and Ashwin Ramaswami https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashwin-r/ (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures), backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the ongoing success of Corridor customers after the sale. You'll serve as the primary technical partner to customer engineering and security teams, helping them get the most out of Corridor, drive adoption, and embed it into their development workflows. You'll develop a deep understanding of each customer's environment, goals, and challenges, proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience, and work through technical issues alongside our Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams. You'll also play a key role in customer retention and expansion, while helping build the processes and playbooks that will define customer success at Corridor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the post-sale customer relationship, from onboarding and adoption through ongoing success, retention, and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security teams, developing a strong understanding of their development workflows, security priorities, and technical environments.
- Drive adoption and help customers integrate Corridor into their workflows to deliver meaningful, lasting value.
- Proactively identify customer needs, technical challenges, and opportunities to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, and advocate for customer needs.
- Monitor customer health, manage risks, and develop plans to keep customers successful.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion as customers' needs evolve.
- Help build the customer success function, including processes, playbooks, and feedback loops that allow us to scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience at a cybersecurity or developer tools company, with an understanding of technical buyers and users.
- Strong understanding of how software gets built, shipped, and secured, and the workflows engineering teams rely on.
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges, navigate ambiguity, and coordinate across customer and internal engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with both technical practitioners and senior stakeholders.
- High ownership, customer empathy, and a builder mindset; comfortable creating structure and processes from scratch.
- Experience working with AI coding tools or agents is a plus.
