Agent Deployment Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents serving enterprise freight and logistics organizations, from contract handoff through production launch and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, product, and engineering to make implementations successful and build repeatable processes that support growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead customer kickoffs, deployment planning, go-live, hypercare, and larger-scale rollouts.
- Map operational workflows and configure AI agents with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with engineering and product partners.
- Share customer feedback and insights to help inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.
- Create deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve time to value and support team growth.
- Guide change management and operator training to help users adopt new workflows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise software rollouts in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience planning and coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, delivering on schedule, and building trust across complex organizations.
- Experience in at least two of these areas: systems and integrations or AI agent behavior, freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy work, and structured problem-solving in consulting or a comparable environment.
- Fluent English and proficient German. Experience with AI agents, large language models, software development, logistics, or change management is valuable.
