Senior Full-Stack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage transportation and logistics technology team building production AI systems for freight workflows. You will own projects end to end, from customer problem discovery through deployment and production monitoring, with a focus on voice and email agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scope customer problems, build full-stack solutions, deploy them, and monitor production behavior.
- Develop voice and email agents, including speech pipelines, LLM orchestration, and reliable tool use.
- Build and maintain retrieval, evaluation, and testing systems for AI features.
- Design for streaming, concurrency, latency, scale, and cost, and investigate production failures.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while independently checking their output.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of experience shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
- Proficiency across frontend and backend development, including Python, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience taking LLM features to production, including architecture, tool calling, and retrieval.
- Experience evaluating AI systems with golden datasets, offline and online checks, regression and hallucination testing, and tool-call correctness.
- Knowledge of SQL, streaming, concurrency, system design, and reasoning about scale and cost.
- Experience with voice or real-time systems, such as STT/TTS, barge-in, latency budgets, or telephony.
- Comfort working as an early-stage engineer without an established playbook; familiarity with functional or hardware description languages, multi-agent systems, large-scale projects, or competitive programming is also relevant.
- Currently residing in India, able to work IST hours, and eligible to work in India without sponsorship; reliable remote-work connectivity is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is $5,000 to $9,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Remote within India, with work hours aligned to India Standard Time.
