Our Recruitment & Growth team in Helsinki is growing!
Netlight is an award-winning consultancy providing premium IT services to companies ranging from start-ups and scaleups to established players in the digital industry. We’re now looking for two new colleagues to join our team and take on one of the most central responsibilities in our company: driving growth by recruiting the best people to Netlight.
Your role
You will lead and own the full journey of every recruitment process from the first conversation to a successful start at Netlight, with high exposure across the organisation. You’ll compete for the best talent in Finland, and your results show up directly in how fast Netlight grows. You’ll work closely with our consultants and leadership to understand what the business needs and make it happen. The work is hands-on, analytical, project driven, people centric and business critical.
Additional areas you will be working in are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You are not here to fill roles, you are here to build a state-of-the-art consultancy company.

About you:
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Master’s degree (graduation year 2025 or 2026)
- Written and spoken fluency in Finnish and English
- Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the tech industry and building something bigger than yourself
- Easy to talk to, with a natural ability to build trust and get people excited about your ideas
- Self-driven, curious and result-oriented
- Experience in sales, recruitment, entrepreneurship, student organisations, project management or competitive sports is a merit, but not a prerequisite
