Partner Liaison Manager (PLM)
Spgi · Houston, Texas, United States
About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use):
09The Team
The CERAWeek Partnership Delivery team sits at the operational heart of the world's most influential annual energy conference — CERAWeek by S&P Global, described by the Financial Times as the "Davos of energy" and by CNBC as "the world's preeminent energy conference." We are a high-performance, cross-functional group responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch experiences for the strategic partners who shape CERAWeek's global impact. We thrive on precision, collaboration, and a shared drive to connect energy's most powerful voices.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Own end-to-end delivery of all contractual commitments for an assigned portfolio of CERAWeek Partners — spanning brand and marketing activations, executive and speaker engagement, on-site hosting functions, registration management, meeting spaces, and Partner-only programming — ensuring every deliverable is executed on time and to scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics teams — serving as the single point of accountability for all partner milestones, critical dependencies, and timely communications across internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational conflicts — including space allocation, scheduling overlaps, and branding parameters — with diplomatic precision, consistently balancing partner satisfaction against contractual scope and internal priorities.
- Maintain strict data integrity and audit readiness across relational databases (Airtable or equivalent), ensuring all partner deliverables, speaker allocations, and badge passes adhere to executed contract scope at all times.
- Lead partner process improvement initiatives — designing, documenting, and embedding scalable workflows for partnership delivery and driving adoption of operational best practices across the full CERAWeek partner program, including the annual CERAWeek Partner Advisory Meeting (CPAM).
- Manage post-conference partner feedback cycles and deliver structured performance reporting to the commercial team, identifying renewal risks, partnership gaps, and opportunities for expanded engagement at future events.
