Head of Developer Relations

You will set the Developer Relations vision, roadmap, and quality standards. You will create demos, sample applications, notebooks, technical blogs, workshops, events, and launch support. You will coach contributors, translate developer feedback into product improvements, and measure activation, usage, and ecosystem engagement.

Responsibilities- Define the Developer Relations vision, roadmap, and quality standards.

- Own demos, sample applications, notebooks, technical blogs, workshops, events, community initiatives, and technical launch support.

- Develop compelling demonstrations of high-speed AI capabilities for developers.

- Build, write, teach, present, and debug as needed.

- Lead and coach Developer Relations contributors and provide specific feedback.

- Turn developer and community feedback into actionable input for Product and Engineering.

- Partner on technical storytelling, launches, technical accuracy, and developer readiness.

- Measure developer activation, continued usage, and ecosystem engagement.

Requirements- Use APIs, create useful demos, and debug integrations.

- Write, teach, and present complex technical ideas clearly and accurately.

- Demonstrate an informed perspective on Developer Relations and the AI developer ecosystem.

- Exercise judgment in prioritizing audiences, use cases, and programs.

- Demonstrate people management, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills.

- Provide a portfolio of technical demos, applications, tutorials, workshops, or developer programs with personal technical contributions.

- Have experience leading a Developer Relations function or technical developer program with results in developer adoption.

- Have experience managing and developing technical contributors.

- Have experience delivering technical launches or developer programs with product, engineering, and creative partners.

- Have experience translating developer insights into product, documentation, or developer-experience improvements.
