Deployment Strategist / Success Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the customer operations team at a seed-stage AI voice software company. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will either guide customers from initial scoping through production launch or help live customers improve adoption, retention, and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scope customer use cases, build and tune voice agents, and run testing to bring customers into production.
- Design integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing tools, using APIs, custom function tools, and webhooks.
- Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot prompts, workflows, integrations, and call quality in production.
- Manage customer accounts and track deployment time-to-value and pilot conversion, or adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- Lead customer workshops and training, share feedback with product teams, and create repeatable onboarding playbooks and documentation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- For deployment-focused work, at least 1 year in a high-stakes, customer-facing role; for success-focused work, at least 2 years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience leading complex customer deployments and integrations from scoping through launch, including pilots with multiple stakeholders and commercial outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows, prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and debugging software integrations.
- Strong customer communication and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer goals and manage competing priorities.
- Fluency in English and German is required. Experience with voice agents, conversational AI, customer operations, or B2C sectors such as energy, telecom, insurance, or financial services is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is €75,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Deployment Strategists work on-site in Berlin, Germany. Success Engineers may work on a hybrid basis within Europe and should expect travel.
