Introduction to the job

At ASML, our people are at the center of innovation. As the world's leading supplier of advanced lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, we rely on effective learning, knowledge sharing, and skill development to enable operational excellence and continuous innovation.

The Wilton Factory Learning & Knowledge Management team is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technical Trainer who is passionate about helping employees build the technical knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to perform successfully in a complex manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will deliver advanced practical and technical training through instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and on-the-job learning experiences. You will facilitate critical knowledge transfer, coach learners, and help employees apply complex technical knowledge and skills in the workplace.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, learning professionals, and fellow trainers to deliver and continuously improve high-quality learning experiences. ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.
