ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in AI education and enablement to help a growing AI-powered accounting platform keep pace with rapidly evolving models and tools. You will shape how teams learn, adapt, and work effectively alongside AI agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and deliver company-wide AI learning programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable changes in how teams work.
- Evaluate new AI models and tools, build with them, and turn practical findings into guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
- Work directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and support sustained adoption.
- Translate advanced AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable systems suited to work with sensitive data.
- Build skills, agents, and internal tools that support learning in the flow of work and automate routine tasks where appropriate.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of product management experience in AI enablement, developer education, or learning products, with 5 or more years of overall experience preferred.
- Experience building education, enablement, or developer education products such as courses, onboarding, documentation, or learning tools.
- Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, and regular hands-on use of AI tools.
- Advanced practical AI experience and a record of teaching others to improve their AI usage beyond introductory training.
- Experience at a startup or high-growth company, with technical experience such as a background in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical education.
- Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $100,000 to $300,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in New York, New York.
