We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

About the role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across social channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. This role sits at the heart of our global communication: you will create content for both global audiences and local markets around the world, turn complex, technical topics into engaging content, plan and run campaigns, and use data to continuously improve results.

It is a varied and genuinely interesting job. There is always a lot going on, the topics are fascinating, and it is a great team to work with. You will work closely with digital marketing, web, communication, brand & creative, marketing managers, country directors, and product teams, so strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential. With that variety comes a lot of freedom, and the role requires a high level of self-discipline.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels (LinkedIn and others as relevant), managing content calendars for each channel

- Create content and campaigns for both global communication and local markets, working with country teams around the world

- Write articles, posts, and campaign copy in different styles and tones, adapted to the audience and channel

- Manage, optimize, and analyze paid and organic campaigns across social media channels

- Track performance, interpret results, and turn insights into concrete recommendations and actions

- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations on campaign and channel performance for internal stakeholders and management

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather input and secure approvals, including scheduling meetings and following up proactively

- Work with designers, video producers, and external partners on visual and multimedia content

- Monitor channels, engage with the community, and support brand reputation and tone of voice

- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform updates, and bring new ideas to the team

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable managerial social media role, with full ownership of channels and campaigns

- Ability to work independently, from planning to execution and reporting, with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline

- Proven experience in writing articles and long-form content, with the ability to adapt to different styles and audiences

- Proven history of managing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across different social media channels

- Strong analytical skills: you understand the numbers, draw conclusions, and know what to do next

- Experience in preparing clear reports and presentations that turn data into insights for non-specialist audiences

- Familiarity with tools for scheduling social media posts

- Some experience working with images and visuals, e.g. Canva, Photoshop

- Experience working with AI tools, including prompting and creating instructions for content creation and analysis

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

- Assertive communication style: you are comfortable setting up meetings, chasing input, and following up until things get done

- Initiative and resourcefulness: you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked

- Creativity and a good eye for what makes content stand out

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset

- Fluent English, written and spoken (English is our working language)

- Genuine interest in and passion for social media, content, and communication

Nice to have:

- Background in PR, journalism, or reputation/image management

- Previous agency experience working with clients from different industries

- Experience with B2B, tech, finance, or public sector communication

- Experience writing for SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
