What’s the role?
You’ll join Everyday Banking Finance within our Consumer Division, partnering with the retail deposits business to turn financial performance into clear insights and meaningful action. You’ll help shape decisions across revenue, balance sheet, product performance and expenses, while supporting planning, forecasting and key business initiatives.
It’s a role where you’ll get close to the decisions that matter, bring fresh thinking to complex questions and work alongside a collaborative finance team focused on helping Everyday Banking and our customers thrive.

What do I need?
You’ll bring curiosity, commercial thinking and the confidence to turn numbers into a story people can act on.
- You’ll possess proven experience operating at Manager level, with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders and provide trusted financial advice.
- Strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills, with a clear understanding of the drivers behind business performance.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and commercial advice.
- Experience across planning, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering, with retail banking or broader financial services experience highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel capability; experience with TM1, Cognos Cubes, SQL, Think-cell or similar analytical and reporting tools would be advantageous.
