🦺 WE’RE HIRING – HSE SUPERVISOR | RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE
We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our operations at RAK NOR in Ras Al Khaimah.
This is a hands-on, site-based role for an HSE professional who is confident working closely with operational teams and maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and day-to-day management of HSE requirements across the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
- Identify hazards and unsafe practices and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Support incident and near-miss investigations, including follow-up of corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and HSE awareness activities.
- Monitor compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments and permit-to-work requirements.
- Work closely with supervisors, employees and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain HSE records, reports and relevant site documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, drills and site response arrangements.
- Promote continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.
What We’re Looking For✅ Previous experience in an HSE Supervisor or similar site-based safety role
âś… Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering or heavy operational environment
âś… Recognised HSE qualification, with NEBOSH or equivalent preferred
âś… Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and safe systems of work
âś… Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with employees and contractors at all levels
âś… Practical, visible and proactive approach to safety
âś… Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
