Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance of a multi-location region for a rental business.
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost management, and EBITDA performance.
- Develop and execute regional operating plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive accountability for financial, operational, and customer experience metrics.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to support growth initiatives and customer retention strategies.
- Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution.
- Oversee logistics, delivery operations, inventory management, customer service, and local market operations
- Establish and maintain operational discipline and process consistency across all locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor regional leadership teams and succession pipelines.
- Manage customer escalations and support key account relationships when necessary.
