QS Site Work Responsibilities – Lead QS works at site to deliver the project within project budget quantities to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with QS Manager and PMT, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Study and validate Tender Documents for Company Projects
- Preparation of bills of quantities
- Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
- Materials Packaging
- Update VOs Log
- Update IPCs Log and report for projects
- Review and Validate Sub Contractors IPCs
- Verify IPC documents (Drawings, MIR & WIR & Earned quantities)
- Prepare VO Document
- Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
- Prepare invoices and invoicing report for projects
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

QS Control Responsibilities – Monitor & Control Project BOQ, PRs, IPCs, Client invoicing & VOs to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with QS Manager to ensure and meets quality standards
- Work With Cost Control department to keep all data aligned with their reports
- Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
- Update VOs Log
- Update IPCs Log and report for projects
- Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
- Prepare invoice and invoicing report for projects
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of projects-related Quantities.
