What you’ll do?
As a Level 3 Systems Engineer, you’ll help deliver infrastructure and advanced technical support across customer environments in corporate, education and government sectors. You’ll initially focus on leave-coverage assignments, moving between customer environments according to operational needs. Working onsite with customers and alongside project managers, service desk professionals and other engineers, you’ll implement, maintain and improve secure, reliable technology solutions. This full-time role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership of complex issues, contributing technical expertise and working across networking, cloud, server, backup and end-user technologies
- Implement and support infrastructure and system solutions at customer sites.
- Deliver projects across server, cloud and end-user computing environments.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Manage and support network infrastructure and configurations.
- Configure mobile device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Support VMware, Veeam, Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure environments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex technical issues.
- Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions.
- Document solutions, configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver leave coverage at customer sites, including assignments arranged at short notice.
What you’ll bring?
- Strong experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support or technical project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience delivering work in project-based and customer-facing environments.
- Advanced capability across Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, cloud services or hybrid infrastructure.
- Practical network infrastructure, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with VMware, Veeam, Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and technical documentation skills.
- Availability to work full-time onsite at customer locations, sometimes with as little as 24 hours’ notice.
- Microsoft certifications, PowerShell capability or experience in a managed service provider environment will be highly regarded.

- Travel on-site to our client sites across Melbourne.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time hours without restrictions.
