Systems Administrator

Salary: $550 - $668 p.d.

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to support the go-live and operational transition of a bespoke enterprise-wide equipment management platform.

You will play a key role in ensuring the system is operationally ready and users are supported across the organisation.

Our Client

This leading Australian university is recognised globally for its focus on technology, innovation and industry-connected education, supporting a diverse community of students, researchers and professional staff across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, triage and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors and technical teams where required.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking and issue resolution activities.

- Assist with system configuration, user access management and administration activities.

- Liase with vendor for support.

- Focus on BAU operations.

About You

- Experience as a System Administrator, Application Administrator, Application Support Analyst.

- Must have experience with go-live activities and supporting users through implementation.

- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications through implementation, go-live or transformation programs.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ideal backgrounds: Universities, healthcare, research organisations, facilities management, enterprise software, asset management.
