Your opportunityAre you curious, ambitious and ready to turn ideas into action? And are you interesting in making an impact in how we can leverage AI and Digital innovatioin in an HR function? This is more than a first step into HR. As our HR Graduate, you will be trusted with meaningful work from day one—supporting employees and managers, driving your own project work and exploring how data, digital tools and AI can make HR simpler and more impactful. You will work across Benelux and our EU18 countries, build a broad international network and have the space to challenge, create and grow.
What you will make happen- Take ownership of defined HR projects and help move ideas from concept to implementation.
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR activities across Benelux.
- Explore how digital solutions, automation and approved AI tools can improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Contribute to EU18 priorities such as pay transparency, employee engagement, talent development and integration.
- Create fresh, engaging communications, learning sessions and digital content.
- Use people data, KPIs and insights to spot opportunities and support better decisions.
- Help deliver HR programmes, policies, people surveys and the BioTrain internship programme.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Services and specialist HR teams across countries.
You could be a great fit if- You recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, Economics, Data Analytics, Technology, Change Management or a related field.
- You create momentum: you see what needs to be done, take initiative and follow through.
- You are curious and inventive, enjoy testing new ideas and are not afraid to ask thoughtful questions.
- You are interested in how technology and AI can improve HR and employee experience
- You combine analytical thinking with a practical, employee-focused mindset.
- You communicate clearly, build relationships easily and enjoy collaborating across teams and cultures.
- You are organised, comfortable with data and confident using Microsoft 365 and co-pilot.
- You use sound judgement and handle confidential information with care.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- Previous work experience is not a requirement but a strong benefit, particularly if it is from an HR related field.
