ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will deliver product features that help manufacturers streamline complex commercial workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-selling workflows.
- Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
- Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
- Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems, with demonstrated production experience orchestrating agents.
- Experience using an agentic framework or harness, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Startup experience and a strong product sense, with the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Curiosity about AI and an active interest in new tools and techniques.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
