ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will ship full-stack features and production AI agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship AI agents that support quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for manufacturing customers.
- Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
- Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency capabilities for European customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
- Experience working at a startup and building or deeply integrating AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks or agentic harnesses, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React; experience with Next.js is also required.
- Strong product sense, curiosity about emerging AI tools and techniques, and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
