Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving customer challenges, and working directly in an industrial environment? We're looking for a Service Technician to support our customers at poultry facilities in and around Gainesville, Georgia.
What You'll Do
- Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment
- Manage onsite product inventory and safely transfer chemical products as needed
- Perform routine testing and monitoring of treatment programs
- Identify issues or opportunities and communicate them to the sales or engineering team
- Provide minor onsite customer support and relay customer concerns to internal teams
- Adjust chemical feed rates to ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain knowledge of spare parts and order replacements when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized equipment area and follow customer housekeeping standards
- Complete and maintain all required safety training for both Solenis and customer sites
What We're Looking For
- Technical experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing operations, or related environments.
- Experience working in food and beverage settings preferred.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites in Gainesville, Georgia and work in an industrial setting.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
