Contract Duration: 6-9 months + potential extensions

Rate: Upto $1250 per day inc super

Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a commercial organisation based in Brisbane CBD.

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as the strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. The role is accountable for end-to-end project delivery across mobilisation, governance, business transformation, vendor management, data migration, integrations, testing, organisational change, business readiness, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex SAP SuccessFactors / HCM transformation program, from mobilisation through to go-live and operational transition.

- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies and governance.

- Oversee the consolidation of multiple business processes, operating models and workforce platforms into a unified HCM solution.

- Manage external implementation partners, vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

- Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning and business readiness activities.

- Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders, providing clear project reporting, governance and strategic recommendations.

- Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to ensure alignment across all project workstreams.

- Support organisational change, communications, training and adoption activities.

- Ensure successful go-live, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Skills and Experience Required

- Extensive experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology and business transformation projects.

- Proven end-to-end project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable enterprise HCM platform.

- Strong experience delivering HRIS, HCM, payroll or workforce management transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience consolidating multiple business systems, processes and operating models into a common enterprise solution.

- Experience managing data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.

- Strong vendor management, system integrator engagement and commercial management experience.

- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.

- Excellent project governance, financial management, risk management and reporting capabilities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams within complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

- Recognised project management certification or demonstrated equivalent delivery experience.
