Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist

We’ve got a vacancy for an experienced Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist at our welcoming Harley Street Oral Reconstruction Centre in London.
Please note that frequent Reception cover will be required as part of this role.
- Full-time hours available - 40 hours per week
- Typical shifts: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 8:00pm - in shifts and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8:30am to 1:30pm
- Competitive hourly rate from: £18p/h
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings twice a month
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor
- A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service
