ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a product engineering team building software that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. This backend-leaning full-stack role combines customer discovery with hands-on product development, from APIs and data models to polished user-facing workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build product experiences for agent investigations, evaluation workflows, trajectory debugging, verification, and replay.

- Own problems end-to-end by learning from customers, defining solutions, shipping them, and iterating based on feedback.

- Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and product surfaces across the stack, with an emphasis on backend engineering.

- Build systems that support large-scale investigations of production traces.

- Develop platform capabilities such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer experiences.

- Work with AI teams to understand agent failures and translate those insights into product improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Five to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, with a backend-leaning profile and a track record of shipping production software end-to-end.

- Strong TypeScript and React or Next.js skills, plus experience with Python or Node.js.

- Experience building polished product interfaces, designing clean APIs, modeling data, and debugging production issues across the stack.

- Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-powered products, or agentic systems, including familiarity with LLM APIs, evaluation or debugging tools, or agent architectures.

- Ability to work directly with customers and use their needs to inform product decisions.

- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience delivering high-quality software in a product-focused environment.
