Event Logistics

Mission:
The role would be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistical aspects of TEKEVER’s events, including internal coordination, suppliers, venues, travel, accommodation, equipment, on-site operations and event delivery. The position would support events in Portugal and internationally, so a high level of mobility and willingness to travel are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of TEKEVER’s events from start to finish, working with internal teams to align goals, timelines and budgets.
- Source, negotiate with and manage suppliers and venues, including contracts, layouts and technical requirements.
- Organise travel, accommodation, equipment and materials, including shipping and customs for international events.
- Lead on-site operations and event delivery, solving problems in real time.
- Run post-event evaluations to improve future events.
- Travel frequently to support events in Portugal and abroad.
Requirements:
- +6 years of experience in event logistics and production.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Availability to travel regularly within Portugal and abroad.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A practical, hands-on approach and close attention to detail.
