We're looking for a Grounds Person to help keep our community clean, safe, and looking its best. This role focuses on outdoor cleanup, grounds care, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property.
What you'll do:
- Pick up trash and pet waste throughout the property
- Help keep grounds, walkways, and common outdoor areas clean and neat
- Mow grass, trim shrubs, pull weeds, and assist with basic landscaping
- Water plants and landscaping as needed
- Assist with snow removal and spreading salt during winter weather
- Report safety concerns or property issues to the maintenance team
- Help with simple outdoor projects and general property upkeep
- Follow safety guidelines and participate in team meetings and training
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic with ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic communication skills and ability to meet pre-employment requirements

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
The posted salary range represents the full range of experience levels for the position. Candidates with extensive relevant experience (i.e. 20+ years) may qualify for compensation near the top of the range, while those with less experience may fall at another point within the range.
