We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and product-minded Full Stack Engineer (~5 years of experience) to join our team and play a central part in building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready, client-facing applications.
You'll work closely with a cross-functional squad (Product, UX, R&D) to turn complex requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Scale: End-to-end development of resilient, client facing apps using React and Python.
- Architecture & Data: Scale distributed backend systems, async messaging (Kafka), and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Containers & Infra: Containerize services with Docker and Kubernetes for consistent dev/test/prod environments.
- Product & UX: Partner with Product and Design to turn complex requirements into top-tier user experiences.
- Modern AI Workflows: Leverage AI tools daily to speed up development, debugging, and code quality.
- Collaborate & Adapt: Active role in architecture reviews, process improvements, and fast-paced startup iterations.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience: ~5 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production-ready, client-facing web applications.
Full-Stack Core: Strong React expertise paired with Python or Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
Data & Async: Hands on with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS).
Distributed Systems: Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend architectures.
Startup Mindset: Comfortable with high autonomy, fast pace, and evolving priorities.
AI-Driven: Active user of AI development tools for faster coding and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Great communication, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Cloud & DevOps: Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Tech & Architecture: TypeScript, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming.
