CHEQ is a global company with offices in Tel-Aviv, New York, London and Tokyo.

We are a fast-paced, technology-driven team where everyone's contribution impacts product success. We're looking for a US-based Product Marketing Director to lead go-to-market for our Identity Security, a new solution that builds on CHEQ's work across Identity Security, Identity Management, and Fraud Prevention.

As the first product marketer dedicated to this solution, you'll take the strategy and research our Product team has built and turn it into clear ICP, positioning, strong programs, and a market presence.

You'll report to our Head of Marketing and work in close partnership with the CPO and our Product and Research teams. You'll own product marketing for Identity Security end to end, working alongside our Core Product Marketer.

In your first year, you'll build the positioning, narrative, and sales kit for Identity Security, launch it to market, and help land our first customers.

What you'll do:

Build the foundation

- Define the ICP, personas, and buying committee across CISOs and security leadership, Application Security, Fraud and Risk, and Trust & Safety teams.

- Turn our product vision and research into a clear market narrative and category story.

- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions that turn complex capabilities into clear differentiation and business value.

- Run message testing with early customers and design partners, and use what you learn to sharpen the story.

- Help shape pricing, packaging, and the go-to-market playbook with Product and Sales leadership.

Partner with Product

- Hold a seat in roadmap reviews and join regular syncs with Product and Research.

- Co-own launch readiness with the CPO.

- Bring customer, market, and competitive insight back into product decisions.

Equip the field and fuel demand

- Create sales and marketing content, including solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, customer stories, and demo narratives.

- Train Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success with discovery guidance, objection handling, and competitive insights.

- Partner with Demand Generation, bringing audience insight, messaging, and offers to the programs they build and run.

- Develop joint value propositions, integration narratives, and content for partner enablement and co-marketing.

RequirementsWhat you'll bring

- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including ownership of positioning, launches, content, and sales enablement.

- Experience building product marketing for a new product, category, or company from an early stage.

- Proven experience marketing to security, identity & access management, and fraud & risk buyers, such as CISOs, Application Security, Fraud & Risk, CIAM and Trust & Safety teams.

- A track record of working closely with Sales teams selling into these buyers, with a clear understanding of how they evaluate and buy.

- The ability to understand technical products, APIs, and integrations and explain their value to both technical and business audiences.

- Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to prioritize when little is defined yet.

- Excellent English writing and presentation skills, with the ability and willingness to create substantive content yourself.

- Strong research, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

An advantage

- Experience marketing solutions that protect customer accounts, manage authentication and access, detect bots, or prevent online fraud and abuse.

- Experience working with technology and business partners on joint messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement.

- Understanding of how AI agents change the way organizations identify users, assess risk, and decide which activity to allow.
