Launch Operations Lead - Sector / Customer Group (f/m)

DP World is looking for an experienced leader to drive the successful launch of new customer operations, business expansions, transformations, and strategic initiatives across the Technology and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operational launches from project initiation through stabilization and handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
- Manage operational readiness activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Build and lead high-performing launch teams (10-15 direct reports).
- Drive process development, operational design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead systems implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
- Act as the senior operational contact for customers, regional leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Support warehouse automation and technology deployment projects, including FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and operational performance.
- Develop strong relationships with customer leadership teams and ensure excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in contract logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, technology, or related supply chain environments.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operational launches, start-ups, customer implementations, or business transformations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation technologies, WMS platforms, and broader supply chain processes.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Willingness to travel 50-75% across the region to support operations and customers.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Salary range Poland: 142,210 - 226,200 PLN gross per year*
Salary range Slovakia: 37,166 - 58,534 Euro per year*
