Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

GLDN · La Conner, Washington, United States

ABOUT GLDN

GLDN is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand that blends craft and technology to bring delight and connection through meaningful, personalized pieces. We design, manufacture, and ship from our headquarters in La Conner, Washington. We’re growing — and our Purchasing and Inventory team needs to grow with us.

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to be the connective layer between our Purchasing and Inventory teams. As a key operational partner to our Supply Chain Operations Manager, you’ll keep purchase orders moving, own our Stockout Tracker and receiving priorities, support new product launches behind the scenes, and turn how we work into clear, documented processes.

This is a coordination and execution role. Our Sourcing & Procurement Manager owns supplier strategy and negotiation, our Product Planning team owns forecasting, and our Inventory Specialists own hands-on receiving and quality checks. You’ll be the person who connects those pieces and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. The role is intentionally flexible and is designed to grow in scope as the department evolves.

If you love keeping lots of moving pieces organized, on time, and documented — and you also love working in a non-traditional, eclectic, and dynamic environment — keep reading.
