What You'll Do
As the 3PL MANAGER for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence of our EMA Supply Chain. You will be the main point of contact for our 3PL and responsible for positioning SDJ as the preferred customer for operational performance. This position will require close collaboration with our Customer Operations team as well as our Commercial teams.
The position will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations - UK/EU.
What You’ll Be Working On
Your responsibilities will extend across Logistics Operations, Order Delivery and Compliance, and Supplier-Facing functions:
3PL Management
· Act as the primary operational owner for SDJ's EMEA warehouse network across the UK, France and Poland.
· Manage and monitor the day-to-day logistics, fulfilment and last-mile delivery operations to customers across the EMEA region.
· Partner with our 3PL providers to maintain compliance with retailer, distributor and customer requirements.
· Handle order discrepancies, claims and chargebacks.
· Prioritise outbound orders and inbound deliveries based on business needs.
· Review and approve 3PL invoices.
· Support inventory-related investigations and issue resolution in partnership with the Inventory team.
· Proactive Communication: Provide clear visibility on order progress and communicate proactively any foreseen delays.
Operational Excellence
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of 3PL operations across the EMEA network.
· Drive standardisation of processes, reporting and operational governance across warehouse partners.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, improve service levels and reduce manual activities.
· Support implementation of new customer onboarding, operational set-up activities and process enhancements.
Performance Management
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, ensuring that metrics align with business expectations and industry standards.
· Create and maintain performance scorecards to provide visibility of both SDJ and 3PL performance.
· Lead regular performance reviews with 3PL partners and drive corrective actions where required.
Systems, Compliance & Issue Resolution
· Coordinate resolution of operational issues impacting order fulfilment, customer deliveries or warehouse execution, including EDI and systems-related exceptions.
· Ensure compliance with retailer, distributor and customer-specific operational requirements.
· Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve operational challenges and support business growth.

· Position SDJ as the preferred partner by consistently delivering operational excellence, meeting, or exceeding 3PL expectations, and fostering strong relationships with them.
Must Haves
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain or other related fields.
Advanced Excel skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions to implement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on an independent level.
