- Provider & Clinical Workflows: Clinical task management, provider queues, patient encounters, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling, and care-plan workflows.
- Prescribing & Pharmacy: E-prescribing, prescription management, medication configuration, pharmacy routing, fulfillment workflows, refills, and pharmacy integrations.

- Operational Workflows: Building scalable tooling for Clinical Operations and Customer Support that reduces manual work and enables teams to manage increasingly complex patient journeys.
- Billing & Subscription Workflows: Connecting treatment plans, medications, subscriptions, billing cycles, and fulfillment into coherent patient and operational experiences.
- Third-Party Integrations: Owning integrations with pharmacy networks, prescribing platforms, scheduling systems, payments, identity verification, and other healthcare infrastructure.
- Platform Expansion: Supporting the launch and migration of new brands, service lines, clinical programs, and operational teams onto a shared platform.
What You'll Do
Own Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop a deep understanding of the clinical and operational systems you own and define the roadmap for improving them.
Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments, identifying when to solve a problem for a specific workflow and when to build reusable capabilities that can support multiple brands and service lines.
Translate Complex Healthcare Workflows Into Product
Partner directly with providers, Clinical Operations, Customer Support, Pharmacy Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
Turn ambiguous requests such as “providers are struggling with this workflow” into clearly defined product problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Challenge proposed solutions when appropriate and help teams distinguish between product problems, operational process problems, and policy decisions.
Own the Full Product Development Lifecycle
Lead products and features from discovery through launch, including:
- Problem definition and user research
- Requirements and product specifications
- Workflow and edge-case definition
- Prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Partnership with design and engineering
- QA and launch readiness
- Stakeholder communication and training coordination
- Post-launch measurement and iteration
You’ll be expected to stay close to implementation and understand how product decisions translate into system behavior.
Build for Providers and Healthcare Operations
Develop deep empathy for the people operating the platform every day.
Design workflows that allow providers and operational teams to move quickly while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation, permissions, auditability, and safeguards.
Look for opportunities to replace manual processes, fragmented tooling, and institutional knowledge with scalable platform capabilities.
Own Integrations and System Workflows
Partner closely with engineering and external vendors to build and improve integrations across the healthcare ecosystem.
Understand how data and actions move across systems, from patient onboarding and clinical review through prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, billing, and ongoing care. Own product requirements for interoperability, data integrations and migrations, and resilient workflows that account for external system failures and edge cases.
Launch New Programs and Migrate Existing Ones
Partner with business, clinical, and operational leaders to launch new service lines and onboard brands onto the platform.
Define the clinical, pharmacy, billing, operational, and patient workflows required for launch, and identify where existing platform capabilities need to evolve or scale.
Lead product requirements for platform and data migrations from legacy systems, ensuring continuity of patient data, clinical workflows, and operations throughout the transition.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of product management experience, including experience building products in healthcare or health tech.
Experience owning complex products where workflows span multiple users, systems, and operational teams.
Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions without relying on stakeholders to provide complete requirements.
Comfort working directly with engineers and reasoning about system behavior, APIs, integrations, data models, states, permissions, and edge cases.
Strong written communication and the ability to create clear requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience partnering with operational teams and translating highly manual workflows into scalable software.
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, with the ability to use them effectively to accelerate research, analysis, product development, and day-to-day execution while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while making thoughtful tradeoffs between short-term operational needs and longer-term platform architecture.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes and requirements may evolve as the business scales.
Nice to Have
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Telehealth, EHR, or clinical workflow products
- Pharmacy, medication fulfillment, or e-prescribing
- Healthcare integrations, interoperability, or data migrations
- Healthcare billing, payments, or subscription models
- Multi-brand or multi-tenant platforms
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have developed deep ownership of your platform areas and become a trusted product partner to engineering, clinical, and operational teams.
You’ll have shipped improvements that measurably reduce operational friction, improve provider efficiency, and make the pla
