Patient Care Coordinator – Cottage Lake Family Dentistry
[Woodinville, WA] | Full-Time | $27–$34/hourBe the warm welcome every patient remembersCottage Lake Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll set the tone for their entire visit, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in. If you have a warm smile, a can-do attitude, and a love for helping people, we’d love to meet you!
Schedule
- Monday: 8 AM–4 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Wednesday and Thursday: 8 AM–4 PM
- Every other Friday: 8 AM–2 PM
What You’ll Do- Greet patients and create a welcoming, calming environment that helps ease dental anxiety
- Manage the daily schedule to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
- Explain treatment plans in a clear, approachable way so patients feel confident in their care
- Help patients understand and navigate their insurance benefits
- Support seamless communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team
What We’re Looking For- 1-2 Years of Dental Assisting Experience Required
- Open Dental experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Basic familiarity with dental insurance plans is helpful, but not required
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
