Senior Product Growth Manager, Adoption

Amenitiz · Barcelona, Spain · onsite

We're looking for a senior Product Growth Manager, Adoption to make sure product releases drive measurable customer value. You’ll own adoption outcomes, identify where users drop off, and remove the product, workflow, and activation barriers that prevent customers from reaching value.

This is a product adoption and activation role—not a demand generation, lead acquisition, paid campaigns, brand, or launch communications role. You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and work within the Product organization, using automation, AI tools, agents, workflows, and automated pipelines to scale your impact.

🎯 Responsibilities

- Define adoption before products ship by partnering with Product and Engineering to establish the activation event, tracking plan, and readiness criteria for every Tier 1 launch.

- Diagnose adoption issues by analysing funnels in Amplitude or SQL, identifying drop-off points, and determining the underlying causes.

- Improve adoption by addressing product paths, feature discoverability, activation flows, and surrounding workflows rather than defaulting to additional communications.

- Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches, set targets with Product leadership, and be accountable for achieving them.

- Shape positioning, first-touch experiences, and activation flows so hoteliers reach value quickly.

- Prototype and build solutions to reduce friction, such as improved onboarding flows, in-app guides, automated nudges, and internal tools.

- Automate activity below Tier 1 by building release communication pipelines with n8n, Claude, and scheduled agent workflows.

- Understand complex product capabilities independently by reading specifications, collaborating with Engineering, and translating technical concepts into language that busy hoteliers can understand quickly.

- Enable Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing teams with concise Launch Briefs covering what shipped, why it matters, what to communicate, and what to monitor.

📊 How success will be measured

- Activation rate for each Tier 1 launch against the target agreed before shipping

- Time to activation and how quickly customers reach their first meaningful value

- Visible drop-off by funnel step for every Tier 1 launch

- Feature adoption over time, not only at launch

- Care contact rate per release, with the goal of launching features without increases in Care demand

- Clear activation definitions and tracking for key launches during the first months in the role

🛠️ Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product roles focused on adoption and activation in B2B SaaS

- Experience as a senior individual contributor; this is not a people management role

- Proven ability to diagnose low adoption through data and address it through product or workflow changes, not only messaging

- Ability to explain a launch that underperformed, including how you identified the reasons and improved the outcome

- Hands-on experience with product analytics, including defining events with Engineering and independently querying and analysing product data

- Strong SQL skills and experience with a product analytics or business intelligence tool such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker

- Experience owning and being accountable for metrics such as activation, feature adoption, or retention

- A builder’s mindset and practical experience using automation and AI tools such as n8n, Zapier, Claude, or similar

- Ability to translate complex features into clear, simple language for customers and internal teams

- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams

- Fluent English
