Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. - Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the site in compliance with ADNOC safety regulations.
- Ensure proper selection, inspection, and certification of rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, and hoists.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop lifting plans in coordination with site engineers.
- Ensure all rigging work is carried out safely and efficiently following ADNOC and international standards.
- Provide guidance and instructions to riggers, ensuring safe rigging and lifting operations.
- Verify load calculations and lifting capacities of cranes and other lifting equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC PTW (Permit to Work) system and safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to rigging and lifting operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of rigging operations, equipment certifications, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution of lifting activities.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in ADNOC projects.
Certifications:
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate (approved by ADNOC/Third Party)
- TUV/LEEA Certified Rigger Level-3 or 4
- OPITO / TUV / ADNOC-approved Rigging & Lifting training
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work with tough deadlines and under pressure.
- Ability to work in ADNOC project sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
